  1. This policy expresses our organisation\u2019s commitment to maintaining the highest level of aviation safety and information security in all our activities. Our aim is to protect our employees, customers, partners and \ninformation assets under all circumstances.<\/li>\n
  2. Our organisation complies with all applicable safety and information security regulations and provides the necessary human, financial and technological resources. Management holds full responsibility for safety and information security and ensures that the policy is communicated and supported throughout the organisation. \nHuman factors, including fatigue and workload, are considered to maintain safe working conditions.<\/li>\n
  3. We encourage all personnel to report any errors, events, hazards, information security weaknesses or suspicious situations. Such reports are never used for punitive purposes; they are used solely to improve safety \nand information security. This approach reflects our commitment to a \u201cJust Culture.\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. We manage safety and information security risks proactively and systematically and seek continuous improvement in all processes. Measurable goals are established, monitored and reviewed when necessary. Commercial pressures are never allowed to compromise safety or information security<\/li>\n
  5. The organisation implements appropriate processes to protect information, classifies data according to sensitivity levels and raises personnel awareness through regular training. All information security practices are ultimately intended to support aviation safety.<\/li>\n
